Thank you for shopping at Erin Wilson Art. Because items are custom printed just for you, I do not hold inventory and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color choices. For any commissioned works please refer to your commission agreement.
We want you to be happy with your items. Please review our policy regarding issues with your order from the Shop.

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is not what you ordered, a free replacement or a refund may be arranged.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Proof: Please email me at ErinWilson@emwilsonart.comwith your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Return Shipping: In some cases there may be a need to send the damaged product back. You will be informed if this is necessary and possibly reimbursed for the shipping costs.

If an order is returned by the courier due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to you. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Processing of orders begins immediately following your placement of the order. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact me within 1 hour of placing it. I will try my best to rectify the order. Please remember, once the item has been sent to production, we cannot cancel it. To cancel an order please send an email to ErinWilson@emwilsonart.com

Since we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes, please review the size guide provided in the product description carefully before purchasing.
Note: For DTG prints, a small deviation of 0.5" for print placement is not considered a defect.
