Welcome to E. M. Wilson’s Studio. By accessing this website, purchasing items, or engaging with supplied services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

1. General Provisions

E. M. Wilson’s Studio operates an online store on Squarespace that utilizes a third-party print-on-demand service, to fulfill and ship products featuring original artwork and designs by Erin Wilson. Erin Wilson reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Erin Wilson, E. M. Wilson’s Studio, or allowed by specified licenses. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any artwork, or replicated gift items for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without express written permission from Erin Wilson. 3. Print-on-Demand and Product Accuracy

Products are produced by Printify on demand. They strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, they cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Because items are custom-printed, slight variations in placement or color may occur.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Fulfillment

• Order Syncing: Once an order is placed, it is sent to a third party printer for fulfillment.

• Production Times: Please note that production times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the print provider.

• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Bank Transfer are a few of the payment options available via secure Squarespace checkout.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-printed upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy.

• Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please reach out at ErinWilson@emwilsonart.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• Misprinted Items: If a printing error occurs, a replacement or refund will be offered, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on the provider and location.

• Incorrect Address: E. M. Wilson’s Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If item(s) are returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, they will be reshipped at customers expense.

• Lost in Transit: If an order is lost in transit by the carrier, E. M. Wilson’s Studio will work with Printify to investigate. If deemed lost, a replacement will be sent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Erin Wilson/E. M. Wilson’s Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of products or website. Erin Wilson/E. M. Wilson’s Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan/United States
