Supporting a Greater Cause: The Art of Elysium

The most meaningful aspect of this competition was its partnership with The Art of Elysium. This nonprofit organization has been a champion for artists since 1997, using arts to create social change and provide program for those under hardship.

Every donation made on my behalf during the competition goes directly toward supporting their mission to help communities. Using the creative arts, they empower individuals to heal and triumph over their circumstances. Knowing that your support and participation will help fuel such programs, makes this entire experience a win. Regardless of the final outcome of my place in the competition, you’ve helped make a difference.

It Doesn’t End Here

While I didn’t walk away with an award from The People’s Artist Competition, I’d like to continue on the path in ways that remain aligned with the meaningful contribution art makes to the healing process for many. In the next weeks, I will be adding a couple products to my webstore that will benefit those in need, specifically those in hardship where being creative may help them during a difficult time. The purchase of these items will benefit such an organization and we can continue to help others.
