Commission Process

Reach out via the contact form . Provide details like the subject matter, preferred size, and any specific color palette or budget. Erin will get back with you to discuss details.

The commission scope will be discussed. Once the vision is clear, you will be provided a formal quote that includes the price and an estimated timeline for completion. This would also be the time to state if you have a budget in mind.

To secure the commission, both parties sign a written contract. A non-refundable deposit—typically 50% of the total fee—is required before any work begins.

A preliminary sketch will be provided to you. This is the time for major adjustments to the composition before the piece is begun.

Once the sketch is approved, Erin will begin working on the piece. You will be provided with an update to ensure the artistic direction remains on track.

After the painting is finished small tweaks are handled during this review stage.

The remaining balance (plus shipping costs, if applicable) is paid. The original painting is then packaged securely and shipped to the client.
